Our style of yoga is eclectic and invigorating, with an emphasis on core alignment and breathing. Ongoing classes are open for students to drop in at the times indicated on our class schedule. We provide mats and water, if you have the need.
Beginner yoga classes are offered weekly for new students to deepen awareness in the basics for the safest exploration. Our weekly intermediate yoga class is recommended for experienced students who are looking for a challenge. All other yoga classes are mixed levels. These are open to all experienced practitioners.
