Some basicsYes,that song that is playing on this page is of my current recording project,Halcyon F5I live in Tampa,Fla.I'm a musician,songwriter,and other stuff(the non important work stuff that would bore most people to tears)I'm also in the process of making a separate Myspace account for my band ,Halcyon F5(as this was supposed to be a music site,oh well)the profile song is a pre release from the new CD,and another project I am in the process of conjuring up with a close friend.
In addition to music,fitness and well being is a big part of my life(here is a first,a metal head gymratt).I believe you only get one body in life,so its best to keep it in primo shape now so that you don't encounter malfunctions in the future(as i watch my father have to give up lifelong foods he loves due to poor habits early in life),not to mention the cosmetic appeal of a fit body.
