Born in Berekely Ca, But raised in the streets of Oakland Ca, at the tender age of 12 years old Domonique J. began writting and knew entertainment was what she wanted to do.
By the Age of 15 Domonique joined acting classes in High School and then participated in local talent shows and music conventions in the Bay Area. By 17 she took her career to a whole nother level and began recording proffessionally. Her journey through the entertainment world was not always peachy, she had to face the many difficulties of being a beautiful and talented female artist going through many struggles of not having the support she needed.
Domonique overcame these diffuculties when she was accepted a scholarship for acting and entertainment. By 2004-2005 she worked on various projects, with well known artist "Keak tha Sneak" & Champ Baileys/J.Valentine "U C IT".
This was only the begining for Domo's trail to becoming a STAR by 2006 she linked up with some of the hottest producers in the industry such as J.R Rottem, Hi-Tech, Swiff D and many more. She then followed her dream and relocated to Los Angeles hoping to be discovered and by the summer of 2006 she shot her first video in Pasendena with debut single "Can You handle it".
Presently Ms. Domo J. is working on her Mixtape Album intitled
"Princess of the BAY"that is sure to blow your socks off!!! She has been booked for many shows to come in 2007 so make sure you stay tunned to the calenders and listen for a SMASHING single soon to come. With that Domoniqe J. is sure to make an impact on the Rap Game and become the next HOT Rap sensation since the Late Lisa(Left-Eye) Lopes!!!!! (R.I.P)
