About Me

After attending MidAmeriCon (Big MAC) in 1976, I started traveling to Science Fiction conventions in the four state region. Oh and the Worldcons when they were drivable. Miami drivable? Well we made it there and back again. So five years later, after hooking up with my future wife, we took the plunge into running a SF/F convention. We ran the first five Con*Tretemps in Omaha ("http://www.osfes.org/1975-1989.htm") .

After taking a few years off to raise two sons, we are now at it again. 2008 will see the return to SF/F conventions to Omaha with The Omaha Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival. I must be nuts!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People interested in Science Fiction, Fantasy, Space Exploration, Scuba Diving, and Futurists of all sorts. Or anyone who knows what FIAWOL means.
