About Me
Linus Van Pelt is my guru.
You didn’t even know he has a last name, did you? Most people don’t. But then, most people haven’t really studied the calm, deep-thinking, self-secure wonder that is Linus.
Linus is wise beyond his years, yet holds on to his childhood innocence and naivety. He is level-headed and open minded, yet can be a bit gullible at times.
Linus has an unusual knowledge of theology for a boy his age. He can quote the Bible with the same ease and intensity as when he is spreading word of THE GREAT PUMPKIN, and doesn’t tolerate people insulting his ideals
Linus is everybody’s best friend, and even though he is constantly persecuted by his sister, Lucy, he still finds it in his heart to present her with a kind word, a dish of ice cream, or a jelly-bread sandwich.
For such a young kid, it’s surprising the wisdom that is uttered from his mouth.
I would like to share with you now, from the book of SCHULTZ...
