The Clyde Bar, est. 1988, quickly became Helensburgh's source for live music featuring such acts as The Supernaturals, Travis, The Ocean, Thea Gilmore, Robbie MacIntosh, Gordon Haskell, The Downtraders, Mosa Funk Club, dum dum, Foil, Skuobhie Dubh Orchestra, Polly Paulasma, The Calderas, Ewan MacFarlane & The Grim Northern Social, Cortez, A.C. Acoustics, Fjaere, Big George & the Business, Nimmo Brothers, Hideaway Blues Band, and The Tim Barella Big Band to name a few.Now a premier venue for live music in the west of Scotland many new bands ply their trade here, as the work their way up the music ladder.Don't forget we are the only place where you can see Quality comedy on the 1st thursday of every month, brought to you by Ha Ha Comedy.
