Alex Style - Ibiza shortly!!

Hi everyone, im Alex and currently live just outside Doncaster, hopefully moving to Leeds this september! I love DJ'ing and producing, and have been DJ'ing since I was 11, taking it seriously since 17, after selling my car for some cdjs. After a couple of months of taking it seriously I won a DJ competition at The Cell in Lincoln which gave me a residency at the night 'Choobe'. Unfortunately I didn't really get a chance to play for the night as I went over to work in ibiza shortly after. Just before I went away I sent a mini mix into the radio station Galaxy 105, which then got played their 'Uploaded' show! After that summer I moved close to Doncaster and was offered a job in promotions for the Priory nightclub. Working at a club allowed me to demonstrate my DJ skills and I am now a resident for 'Vibe', which is without a doubt the biggest house night in Doncaster. So far I have played along side Kate Lawler, Tall Paul, Stonebride and The Shapeshifters. I have also played for the dirty electro night 'Sick Shit', and have played along side DJ's such as Erol Alkan and Alex Metric. As well as House and Electro I play Tech House and some Techno, and I am currently a resident at the night 'Lost Disco Project', which is held at The Cell in Lincoln. This is quite a new night but so far has seen the likes of Paolo Mojo and Mr.C. It is also in Ibiza this year at the bar Hush in San Antonio and I will be playing there at the beginning of August.
Although I love DJ'ing, producing is what I am really focussing on at the moment. I've just finished a 2 year course at an Access To Music college in Lincoln and I'm hopefully moving to Leeds in September to study Music further at University. At the moment I produce all my stuff on Logic 8 and will be putting up new tracks over the summer, as I have now finished college and have more free time to produce my own stuff.
