As portrayed by Winnipeg actors John Chase and Kevin Hamill , the boys are a celebrity impressionist act in tribute to comedy legends Bud Abbott and Lou Costello.
Chase & Hamill made their comeback performance at the King's Head Pub in February 2007 for SaD Productions' Alternative Comedy Lounge. They went on to win first place in the March Winnipeg Gong Show at the Park Theatre for their rendition of the famous Baseball Routine, and were pleased to return to the show as featured performers last August.
Teaming up with the Park Theatre itself in September, the companies presented "One Night at the Park": a near-sellout evening of Abbott & Costello, including feature film "One Night in the Tropics" and a live sketch comedy show.
