I'm a self taught artist, born and raised in a little, rural town in southern Ohio. I grew up playin' in the woods and building things out of mud and twigs and whatever I could get my hands on...somethings never change. I still spend as much time as I can in the woods. I'd say Mother Nature herself provides most of my creative inspiration, along with science fiction literature and a whole lot of daydreaming. My methods may be more refined these days, but I'm still just playing with mud and sticks.My current work includes mixed media sculptures of creatures and plants made of paper pulp, twigs and polymer clay.
