Alan Lockwood is a DJ, producer and mix engineer. He started in the music world at a very early age, working beside his father at 10 years old in the musical orchestration of popular regional fashion shows, following a pure dedicated and unstoppable vocation in music, and by 1999 he was working professionally as a DJ. His career as a DJ started on the Costa Brava in small local clubs, and it wasn’t long before he created the association of DJ’s and producers Moonshine Pleasures in Paris with DJ Gonz, which allowed him to work in various clubs alongside some of the best DJ’s in the French capital. In 2004 he became one of the first spanish DJ’s to use the Pioneer DVJ-X1 on all his sets. Because of this, mixmash.com, the only European company that specialized in making DVD’s for DJ’s, offered him the oportunity to become part of their group. Alan started a new stage in his career and changed his style slightly to be resident DJ in Espai Buddha Lounge while studying for his career as a technical sound superior. It was during these years, that Alan became profoundly interested in the world of producers and mix engineers, and in 2008 started work as a designer of sounds and loops at soundsnap.com. At the moment, Alan combines his work as Resident DJ in Red Room The Club, with his own studio.

Alan Lockwood, dj, productor e ingeniero de mezclas. Empezó en el mundo de la música a una edad muy temprana, ayudando con solo 10 años a su padre en espectaculos que dirigía, arrastrado por una vocación pura e irrefrenable, y a mediados del 99 ya se dedicaba profesionalmente como Dj.Su carrera como dj se inicia en la Costa Brava actuando en pequeños clubs de la zona. Al poco tiempo crea la associación de djs y productores Moonshine Pleasures en Paris junto con dj Gonz, lo que le permitió actuar en varias salas acompañado por algunos de los mejores djs de la capital francesa.En 2004 se convierte en uno de los primeros djs españoles en usar los dvj-x1 en todos sus sets. A raíz de ello, la única empresa europea de creación de dvds para djs, mixmash.com, le ofrece a entrar a formar parte de su grupo.Alan comienza una nueva etapa y cambia un poco su estilo para afincarse como residente del Espai Buddha Lounge a la vez que lo compagina con sus estudios de sonido. Durante estos años, además, se interesa obsesionadamente por la producción y por el mundo que envuelve al ingeniero de mezclas. Y en 2008 entra como diseñador de sonidos y loops en soundsnap.com.Actualmente combina su residencia en Red Room The Club con su estudio de producción , mezclas y mastering.
