About Me

I want to start with my Fire hair. This is the fulfillment of a prophetic word that God gave the pastor of my church over a year ago now, and before I knew him. He was given a word that a young man was going to come to help with the youth, and among the list of things describing me, he said something about crazy hair. About the same time, I had a vision of myself. In the vision, my hair was a Fire! I decided I wanted to dye my hair like that one day. Time went by and I came to live in Fredonia working as a youth pastor. To cut the story short, I was getting stirred up to do this and God held me off until just now.
I really feel that it is a prophetic symbol of many things. Much of it is for me, that God's fire is upon me and purifying my mind, and that he is empowering me to proclaim his work with signs that follow. Fire needs to constantly be fed, and that comes back to constantly getting time away with God, every day to seek him and get filled by him. I feel that this has a lot of significance to my generation though, because God is calling us to really tend the fire. Not with 5 minutes a day of praying before bed and saying grace, but by seeking him in the "secret place" of Psalm 91. I feel that He is calling us to really know his Holiness and the awe of his presence. If we want to walk in His power, we need to know him in a personal way, not just the way we so often pretend to know him. True power comes from INTIMACY with HIM. If that offends you, I'm sorry, but I've seen it to many times. The Power of God is greater than any occultic or new age power you can get.
I believe that there is so much more that he wants to show us, give us and teach us, if we would only listen to him and really get to know him. There are deep mysteries in the spirit realm that God wants to teach, that we can walk in that power and love. To all the religious who are offended by that, again, I'm sorry. but the truth is, God isn't in our box. It's not new age, it's God's creative love and power.

My Interests

What I am all about, in a word ... JESUS!
I love worship and soaking. When I am with my friends, I love to prophecy (give and receive spiritual readings) and experience the 3rd heaven and other spiritual realms. I'm still working on flying in the natural. I love drinking in river and being filled with Holy Spirit. (Getting drunk on the power of God for free! There's no high like the Most High!)
I love air soft and other military simulation stuff.
I like just hang'n out and being random.
Playing music is sweet.
Uh...what else...eating is always good.

Pretty much anyone who isn't saved, not that I have something against saved people, but people who are not saved I love to hear where they are coming from and why they are the way they are. Then it's always fun to break all their mindsets about the church or about God with radical, crazy stories and demonstrations of the Power of God.

Music:

I like a lot of bands from a ton of different styles. I listen to almost only Christian music because it is just as good and I figure that I might as well be in the presence of God when music is on. Most of the music that I listen to is Worship music but even there I love a huge range of different styles of worship. I like pretty much whatever. (I don't condemn anyone for not doing the same, it's just what I do.) The only exception is opera, and that is only because I can't sing along.
So some of the best bands would be: The Riveras, Infusion, Hill Song United, I love kutless (especially their worship album), Todd bentley (Ya! Marinating!), Tehillah Toronto, ect. I like a lot of soaking stuff but some of it is just bad. you probably know what I mean (unless you have never heard of soaking, in which case, it doesn't matter.)

This is so powerful! it's definitely a favorite song, and the drama totally blesses me...This song is good but the pics are what bring the words to life.

Books:

I'm not a fan of self help books. that isn't what will pull you through. The thing we need is to sit at the feet of Jesus and let him guide us.
The Bible (Favorite books of the bible: Hosea and John)
Fiction books,
I just found this awesome series by John White. It's called 'The Archives of Anthropos.' It's along the lines of 'The Chronicles of Narnia.' (They are also great by the way.)
I like books that make you think, but not just the ones that are trying to make you depressed about where society is going. Things that challenge you to seek God and go deeper.

non fiction...
One Great book is called 'Miracle Workers, Reformers, and The New mystics.' It will stretch you a lot but it explains it all really well. And, if you have any religious bone in your body, it will be offended (that's always fun for the rest of us to watch. lol... good times at Toronto.).

Heroes:

I have a lot of heroes. Jesus because he protected me and saved me even though I had rejected him. He loves me and now I love him.
I really look up to a lot of prophets and Christians with radical faith and love for Jesus. For example: Todd Bentley, Patricia King, Duncan Smith, and many other people who are genuine.
People who are now dead/in heaven...
Probably the biggest is Enoch. Seriously, that is an awesome mantle to have, he walked with God and was no more! In other words, he got so close to God that God just pulled him up to heaven permanently!
Sadhu Sundar Singh, he has a crazy testemony! I really look up to him in how disciplined he was in his prayer life. And look at the revelation he got!
The Maharishi of Kailas...Dude! If you know who that is, you would probably agree, that is just crazy! I love it.
