Formed in early 2006, we have a wide variety of musical influences. The mutual appreciation of blues based rock, soon saw The Black Moon Remedy hit creative gold.
We're not afraid to be influenced by the greats and jam sessions often scuttle between Blues, Funk, Grunge and the late 60's California sound.
Comparisons come thick and fast but we're a 'bands band'. We play the kind of music that continues to inspire millions to pick up the guitar/mic/sticks etc.
Playing all over the North of England, our fan base continues to grow and BMR continue to write without being swayed by whatever the current fad may be.
The Black Moon Remedy are the cure for the insipid, bland, apologetic crap that gets passed off for rock in the current music 'scene'...
...Put simply, we're rock & roll with gloriously pendulous bollocks.
