My Interests

I am obsessed with music, movies, art, and writing. These are all my favorite things. I am an aspiring filmmaker as well as writer. I do as much of it as I can, whether it's good or not. Also, the usual: traveling, good wine, good food, good music, good films, etc. You get the picture.

Music:

Currently listening to:

Movies:

Too many to list...I've probably seen at least 5000 movies in my lifetime, and counting. Plus I am a hardcore film-buff and I like to watch as many films as possible (I kinda see it as my film school in a way), so here are the best films I've seen recently (new or old) -

Television:

Lost is the best show currently on TV (at least until Curb Your Enthusiasm or Entourage return).Lost Late Night with Conan O'Brien Human Giant Top Chef Cash Cab Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations Arrested Development Curb Your Enthusiasm Seinfeld Frasier Mystery Science Theater 3000 Heroes The Daily Show The Colbert Report The Office (U.K.) Extras The Venture Brothers Family Guy (Season 1-4) The Simpsons (Seasons 3-10) American Idol (Shitty show, but a guilty pleasure nontheless)

Books:

Proust is the greatest writer of all time. Remembrance of Things Past is required reading to be a fully-formed human being. I also enjoy Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Herman Hesse, Gunter Grass, Marcel Proust, Kurt Vonnegut Jr., Thomas Mann, Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Wittgenstein, Andre Bazin, Dennis Lehane, J. Hoberman, Jonathan Rosenbaum and Roger Ebert.
