Sweet Felicia has been charming audiences around Australia since bringing her music to the masses. Her distinctive and powerful yet touching vocals and bass work have put her in a category of her own. Driving her band to swing hard and give the music feel that reminds us of the “hot clubs†of the 40’s and 50’s along with deep grooving shuffles as she delivers her original songs in a voice that we cannot forget is paramount to her ideology that music must be played with a depth of feel, heart and soul for it to be enjoyed by all.She has travelled her music all over the country including Festivals such Byron Bay Blues and Roots, Woodford Folk, Bridgetown Blues, Thredbo Blues and Wangaratta Jazz to name a few. To this end Sweet Felicia has numerous awards to her credit including Blues Association of South East Queensland Awards 2000 winning Female Artist of the Year, Band of the Year and Album of the Year with her band Blue Link Trio. She was also nominated as finalist in the Goulburn Chain Music Awards as Best Female Vocalist 2000. She has played bass for such legends as Phil Manning, Chris Wilson, Jeff Lang, Red Rivers, Mojo Webb... the list goes on.
