Who is Don Xavier?

Don Xavier was born June 15th 1961 in the small town of Piasco , on the Island of Fogo , Cape Verde Island .

Don is the Managing General Agent with Versatile Financial Group and has many years of management experience in the Life Insurance & Investment Industry

Don began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 as an agent with a large Canadian Insurance Company. In 1995, he joined Versatile Financial Group as the General Manager of Insurance operations and in May 1999, he was promoted to his current position as President & CEO.

Don has committed Versatile Financial Group to providing service excellence and expertise to assist the associates with the needs of their clients. Since Don's appointment as the President & CEO of Versatile Financial Group, he has re-designed the Versatile concept to reflect it's current philosophy and strategy: To market life insurance and investment products to both the high net worth clientele, business and the family market.

Don is an enthusiastic and entertaining speaker and writer that inspires action. Don's workshops are an inspiring self-management program for anyone who wants to achieve their full potential.
