What a journey this thing we call life is!
Everyday I go through so many different
emotions and experiences...my life is rich in heartspace...my center is my heart and gut
and I make my best choices through these
places of intuition. The tools that accompany
me are my mind, intellect and knowledge.
Meditation is 1st and foremost to
be able to use the mind as a tool and
not let mind use you.
My goal is to become ONE MIND.
My foundation is Spirit, Creator, God.
By any name it is still the same source - LOVE.
And for me, it is that simple. Everything
else follows. I have been blessed to have
so much love in my life...even with all
the pain and heartache, love is what
I want to remember. Love is what
I want to give and receive!
