nano robbed me

i really did 2more miles than listed cuz my franken nano froze and i had to start over. My motivation - to work off the extra carrot cake and birthday cake i ate last night.... ...

Todays workout

So i finally got my frankenpodded nano working - got the nike+ tracker to work with my sneakers... this is my 3rd attempt using the damn thing, the other 2 times i erased the da...
