"I'm soft on the inside." - Spike.Me? There isn't much to know about me. I was born and raised in Texas. So yes, that means I get ornery when people make unfavorable references about my hometown, I eat a T-bone steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also pack heat. I even have a gun cleverly hidden in my hairdryer! In Texas there are no such things as media stereotypes! Its all true. Hell I have relatives who sound and act like the cast from King of the Hill.But alas, I've been misplaced. Temporarily transplanted in Mississippi. Not so bad, although most when they see my A&M hat or such, go 'so you're from texas?' and I have to throw my fists and up and look fierce for all of my five foot two inch frame and say "Yeah. Wanna fight about it!?"And as proof all Texans are like this. Go to Tomball Texas sometime. There is a shop on the maindrag called Bob's wild west, very nice little find, he has replicas and some authentic firearms. 1880s on up. A friend of mine (non-Texan) made the joke to the owner that it looked like he was ready for a second chance at the Alamo. The owner calmly commented on the state of the town due to all the illegals and simply said 'you bring the ammo, I've got the guns'.Currently in Oxford, Mississippi. I work in Water Valley however, fighting zombies and a stray dog here and there at work. I am employed as a security guard at the BorgWarner automotive plant. On some Sundays and every holiday its empty, lights out, some machines left on: a giant empty factory. Its a lot like living a horror movie. I love it to death. Funny how I'm a 25 yr old girl, and the 40 yr old man who works with me on weekends won't stay inside long when its empty and pitch black.Then again I do carry an axe in the trunk of my car, which I engraved 'In case of Zombies' on the handle. Go figure.
