Austin Bailey, alias Lawlson aka SevTre. Born: September 26, 1987. In Kokomo, Indiana to (father) David Bailey, and (mother) Kimberly Bailey. He was a very successful student graduating from Kokomo High School, with Academic Honors Diploma. During his high school years, he played four years of baseball, two years varsity. Growing up as a child Lawlson has always had a love for music. Starting in 2006,(just after gruaduating) he has been writing and composing his own music for a little over 1 year, and with a little over 100 songs under his belt, he is currently working on two mixtapes, and his own album, "SevTre" due to come out in 2008. When Lawlson first started, he was known as Clypp. Which means, according to the Urban Dictionary, Shiny/Highlighted. Due to misconceptions from his name (people referring to him as a clip from a gun) Lawlson changed his name to Lawlson meaning Son of Law. Later Lawlson decided to have another alias, SevTre. He believes that music is a way to clear the mind, and let things out, in a way to relax, and kind of get it off your chest. Lawlson has always been a fan of Nelly. Nelly, being one of his biggest idols, has started a new era of rap music, known as Dirty South. More of his idols consist of: Jay-Z, Eminem, T.I., T-Pain, Usher, and many others.
