About Me

Lisa Beck is singer, drummer, and dancer for the band, Panzumo . She has been performing since a very young age and has immersed herself in West African drumming and various dance traditions for the past 6 years. Lisa teaches West African Dance classes in Santa Barbara and Ventura, and co-leads drum classes and workshops with her partner, Budhi Harlow, for all ages and levels. Her angelic voice can be heard on 3 of Panzumo's recordings, "Enter the Panther", "Speaking in Tongues", and "Audio Ritual". Check out LISA'S BLOG and her band's WEBSITE .
