Edward Cullen, Jacob Black, Quil, Stephenie Meyer (check!) The President, Jane Austen, Libba Bray (can we have coffee darlin') Meghan Whalen-Turner (I would tell her to finish the Attolia series faster!) hmmm who else.....Oh, my three angel babies waiting for me in heaven!
Almost all country: my favorites are Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts,Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, Leanne Rimes (the new stuff, not old) Keith Urban and Keith Urban :) A mix of rock: Hinder, Linkin Park, Muse, Blue October, Doughtry, James Blunt,The Plain White T's, Panic at the Disco, I love, love, love classical! Ever made truffles while listening to Debussey?? No? well then you haven't lived my friend! Clare de Lune and chocolate must go together! A good Praise and Worship song is always the best music for anytime, puts your brain in the correct mood no matter what. I'm not to keen on jazz or rap ( unless the Jazz is holiday music!)
I'm picky...not all comedies make me laugh, I don't like to be scared or be in suspense for too long. I'm a sucker for a good drama, a romance, or anything with meaning. I cry easily at everything and I like that. So my personal favorites are: Pride and Prejudice, Elizabethtown, Cold Mountain, Zoolander, LOTR, Harry Potter, Mansfield Park, Moulin Rouge, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, (anything asian), Underworld 1 & 2, Can't wait for...!!! Twilight - Dec. 12th! Prince Caspian Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
CSI, Chuck, Heroes, Amazing Race (my mom and i want to try and get on that show!)Lidia's Italy, Julia Child's Shows.. when we had cable I loved Good Eats, ok anything on Food Network, The Discovery Channel,Discovery Health and the History Channel. Today in the morning with a good cup of coffee. Other than that I don't really get to watch tv
The Bible, Created to be his Help Meet, Harry Potter, the Twilight series: Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse. Cookbooks.Everything Jane Austin, some Charlotte Bronte, I'm still deciding if I like His Dark Materials..I never read the third book of the trilogy..nope, hated them. Gullivers Travels, the Mark of the Lion series, Austenland and the Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. The Abhorsen Trilogy by Garth Nix.(Sabriel, Lirael and Abhorsen) Eragon is a good story but written in 9th grade reading level :( and lately, FanFiction.net is my home. It fills the void when I don't have a good book to read or need a Twilight pick-me-up until next august when Breaking Dawn is released. Most recently: The Thief, The Queen of Attolia and The King of Attolia by Megan Whalen Turner - amazing! you will love Eugenedes! and MWT keeps you on your toes! Her plots give you mental whiplash. Hawksong was ok...good story but a tease and in the hands of someone else (SM maybe?) would have been a work of art. Oh, and the Gemma Doyle series by Libba Bray. read her livejournal folks, she is hilarious Basically it's this...I love to read. I am passionate about the books and characters I liked and forget the ones I didn't...these are the ones that stuck with me. I get way too attached to the characters. And when I get to the end of a series or good book, beware, I will be extremely depressed and sulky for a day or two. Right now I am waiting for Breaking Dawn!!! August 2nd! Can't Wait!
My savior, Jesus Christ. He makes all things new. My Husband, who has shown the amazing ability to change his stars and choose love and life. The amazing people in my life that live their lives with a purpose and vision; those who will leave behind a legacy. The wonderful mom who invented the Haberman bottle and Medela who makes it...The saved my sanity and my son's life. If your child is cleft affected, you understand why they are my heroes. And all the amazing authors and musicians who have helped me express myself and given me something to dance to. And the person who discovered coffee!
