The Panic

About Me

Guitar. Bass. Drums. Blah and blah. Three boys trying to sound special while generally turning out what could be (generously) described as rock. Some shouting and tunelessness. Vaguely political simperings and fists shaken impotently at the sky and at television screens. Go outside, goddamit. You have better things to do. And there's always masturbation if you don't. Peace.

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: http://www.famousape.com
Band Members: SixString & Throat: Ren aka 'The loud one that smells like booze'.Bass & BackUps: Chris Freeman aka 'Chris Freeman'.Kit: Del aka 'just shut up and play yer fucking drums'.
Influences: The far reaches of the universe, budgie's burritos, treble, the (ahem) colour black, people who can sing, just causes, bass, sleep without pajamas, sushiyama, driving long sticks into the eyeballs of the people we love, bikes, plight of the common WHOA!-man, needless abstraction, idiotic poker, rhythm, really satisfying farts, meatlessness, some other bands that you don't need to care about. The doomed search for meaning. Porridge. That's about it. Nothing else really affects us. Except for these things, we are inert.
Sounds Like: Sublime. Exactly like Sublime. 's a good thing that poor creature Bradley kicked off or what the hell would we do with ourselves. There's not room enough in this marketplace for two bands that sound like Sublime. Suckers.

Road Scribblings Pt. 2

Road Scribblings Pt. 1

We were loaded up, caffeinated and in motion by 8:30am. This first leg was a nine hour drive in ideal circumstances but we hadn't checked the road conditions and, furthermore, were pretty sure the van...
