David Cantor was the guitarist and songwriter for the group Dave's True Story,which performed far and wide from the early 90s well into the current century. During that time they produced 6 acclaimed albums and placed quite a few songs in films and TV.David now has a solo project that goes under many names: David Cantor and Alien Hand, David Cantor and the Adequate Gods and David Cantor is Charlatan, to name but three.David is also currently writing music for a theater project with award-winning playwright and librettist Brian Crawley.He has also begun contributing music to a theater piece conceived by Paul Jay, regarding the controversial origins of Jolly Old Saint Nick.The music samples are self-produced on David's modest digital set-up.As a songwriter, David has a large catalogue of songs he would love to hear other performers do.
