This magazine will promote an overall healthy lifestyle through unique and informative columns and essays. The magazine puts forth a new way of thinking about health. This concept looks at health in all contexts. Eating healthy and exercising are only two steps. It goes much deeper.
To truly be healthy, one must nourish all aspects of life. Health, in this sense, includes one's mind, body, soul, and environment. All of these aspects need to be considered and invigorated for one to truly be healthy. For example, if the mind is unhealthy, then overall health is compromised. Brown Eyez Magazine will serve as a guide to an ultimate healthy state.
Primarily a health-based magazine, Brown Eyez has a strong entertainment frontline.
