please read...vegetarians...food loversI am starting soon to take orders for the holidays for my delish.us nut lasagna. anyone interested? even if your not a veggie...i've had plenty of meat eaters try it and absolutly luv it ! some dont even know it's not meat. Texture and taste wise, it's the closest you'll get staying vegetarian. This dish is not for vegans. I do however make other foods that can be made strictly vegan, so anyone interested in that, let me know and I can send you more info. This particular recipe is creamy, using different cheeses in the sauce as well as spinach and tomatoes. The ricotta of course with thin sliced tomato, my walnut mix, home roasted red peppers, and other twists and turns all put together in a most tastey lasagna. I am also working on another one using asparagus. ( still a work in progress ) but will be finished in time if that sounds more your style :) these are all original recipes. I know you may be thinking I'm a little nutty myself... but I am willing to give anyone who is truelly interested a sample before you make up your mind. I am licenced by the health dept. I'm not some crazy person, I am trying to open a business out of this soon. Opinions are great, bad or good, I can only learn. If your interested please respond and I will give you all info.
