Our Bio is too long, So it is broke down and here it is.Young Xzect Entertainment started back in 2004 and was founded by Vernell Evans, Victor Boyd, Anjuan Burdette and Marvin Bowman. Young Xzect Entertainment is an independent record label based on the West Side of Chicago. In the beginning we had nothing, No studio, No Producer, but we had artist, people who we thought would become a foundation to what we were trying to do. So we had to get on the grind and make a few moves and thanks to my boy xcel we had a producer but, lacked a studio. It took a while and thanks to my boy G from Lyrical Tribe we had a studio and after a few months we got a chance to record and put our project to work and it turned out to be good has well as bad. The bad side to that is too much to tell but, we did get the chance to keep something that turned out well and it is who we want the world to see and hear J-Will. He is a true artist, that was the breaking point for us. After recording four songs two that didn’t make the album we knew we had to continue and work with all four artist that we had at that time. This is where the bullshit comes to play. People started to talk shit about one another, artist left due to lack of family support and ever when the C.E.O. quit twice. So what started out has four artist ended up one and no C.E.O. After our rough time we came back together and said lets finish what we started and we did. We sat down and said “ We got tracks but no artist†that’s when Victor Boyd and J will said they know a girl that can sing. Ok so lets meet her. And when we did. We talked to her and her mother and told them what our plan was and they thought she would be a good fit but, Tamika couldn’t wright we told her that we would handle it. We went back to Xcel and got a new track for her and Me(Vernell) Ajay (an artist that left because of lack of family support but, always helps when it comes to wrighting) and Antjuan sat down and wrote Picture This. At this time it was 2005 and once again we didn’t have a studio but thanks to Xcel and Simbolic Entertainment we got the chance to see if Tamika was a keeper and she was. She even learned to wright her own songs. By the time it was 2006 we didn’t have that total feel that’s where King Ju came into play. He was a little nervous in the beginning but turned out to be a true solider. Now we were ok we had artist, songs recorded, and our own studio that is at our need when we want it without paying for it because it is a home studio just for our artist and who ever is on our album and trust me it is a good one for us. So we recorded, and recorded and recorded (and give big thanks to L.O.G. for blessing the anthem and my boy Xcel for sticking with us) we were almost finished but a piece was missing and then we got Y.I.C.(youngest in charge) that brought drama in the beginning but we don’t do drama so we got rid of the problem and kept what was a focus point of that group. All that was left was teaching my self Pro tools and putting the final pieces on our first album We Got Next. Coming soon.
