Not a whole lot interesting about me. Mike and I got married almost two years ago (July 28, 2006) and we couldn't be happier. We have two "kids", or dogs as Mike insists. Fry and Badger are adorable puppies/dogs who at 76 and 68 pounds, respectively, believe they are lap dogs. Sometimes it is cute, other times, not so much.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Central Missouri in June 07 and received my B.S.B.A. in accounting. I'll be done with my M.A. in Accountancy at the end of July. In the midst of finishing my Masters, I am working on taking sections of the CPA exam. Took the first section April 25th and taking another on May 30th, July 2nd and the last August 23rd. Hopefully all will go well!
I signed an offer to work at KPMG in Kansas City and will start on August 4th working in the SALT (State and Local Tax) group. The plan is to start here in KC and then possibly transfering to another location (possibly Omaha) depending on Mike's plans.
