I grew up in NYC (Forest Hills- the High school where Simon and Garfunkel and The Ramones went). Also Lesley West (Mountain) was from Forest Hills. The Ramones were my friends and my brother still plays in the Rattlers (Joey Ramone's brother Mickey's) band. I have always been a music freak and sang since I could speak. Motown was and still is my first love. I have acted since l980 when I played Frenchy in the Broadway cast of Grease. I did George M and soap operas and film until coming to the UK in l983. Over here I have been in theatre, television , radio and commercials. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof- with William Gaunt , Joe McGann and Julie Graham, Gratuitous Sex and Violence and Good Old Rock and Roll with Sinitta, Voices in Red Dwarf, Emmerdale, for Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Radio 4 including Thanks for the Memories (Bob Hope tribute), Rock Springs, A New Wave Format, Fast Lanes and Four on a Tour. Voice overs are endless including Melanie Griffith's voice for Stuart Little 2 playstation. Started writing music years ago, but kept it in abeyance until I was re-inspired by artists such as KT Tunstall and Nerina Pallot to write again.
