The After Effects was designed to pump pure melodic rock music into the hearts of everyone who would listen.
Built from the young ecstatic spirits of 4 ordinary people with the love for music of all kinds,
The After Effects is the product of being BLOWN AWAY by music.
The After Effects has been playing Hardrock for five years, hoping to capture the hearts of many local music goers, listeners and even people who know shit about music.
SHAUN. XING. HAN. ZAC.
Nothing extra-ordinary,
Just something legendary.
THIS IS A STORY OF A BAND:
Back when the boys were young, shaun met xing in secondary school.
Their girlfriends were the best of friends and in such a condition they found themselves hanging out with each other without having a choice.
At that time shaun was picking up on guitar play and xing happened to be like a friggin master god-like guitarist(this is written by shaun).
And so xing volunteered to accept shaun as his apprentice and they would often hang out at each other's place to make music.
This duo was then was being used as spare musicians in numorous band competitions back in school. And when they had enough of it..... they decided to start.... yessss... A BAAAAND... like together..
A fantabulous guitarist back in secondary school spotted the talents of shaun and xing and introduced an unbelievably sexy and talented drummer(zac) to shaun and xing.. THUS MAKING IT 3..
Zac is always commanding respect and discipline in the jamming studios.
Back then, there was still no bond. They didnt really hang out as friends and shared jokes. AE were just there to play music, and that SUCKED.
The trio had a try with a couple of bassists. And they had a problem finding the match.
Until our dearest FARHAN.
And so it was complete.
Being like every other god damn typical local rock band in this island, they practice everyweek, playing covers from the FOO FIGHTERS.
It's been 5 years.
And AE has evolved into a much more sophisticated band. learning from our mistakes and looking forward for a better future, AE makes music like never before, writting HARDROCK orginals and finally deciding to open up to the world and show case their talents.
And yes, we love each other like family now.
AE waits to be judged.
