At the end of 2003 and beginning of 2004, once rivals in the past Gerardo and John also known as G and Lone Star began something they called “KICK DOOR†a rap duo that consisted of them two. Lone Star originally from Dublin, Texas and G from Los Angeles California began taking instrumentals from known artists and putting their twist in words into them. After recording their first mix tape with the support of Sumo Entertainment and a show at Imperio night club they seem to be getting a good response. As hard work continued and time past G and Lone Star noticed another talented rapper in the area known as Spanky coming from Long Beach California. On the way to a recording session G called him up and told him to get ready to go to the studio to drop some lyrics on the mix tape. He agreed and since then the three stand up for “KICK DOOR“. Time passed and finishing their first original album KICKDOOR KLICK, THE FIRST LICK with the support of Chino and Sumo. The group began to do more shows at Imperio night club and at Low Rider car shows in Bufford and Marietta, GA. and they kept getting a good crowd response even had white people yelling brown pride to the chorus of the song. Later on Sumo from Sumo ENT. got in contact with Chingo Bling a rapper from Houston Texas. They set up a show with Angel ENT that took place at the Atlanta peach. KICK DOOR, Chingo Bling, Baby Bash and several other artists performed that night. know its been 4 years since the beginning of this movement and things are still looking good.
