Henri gerox got his interest for electronic underground music in the early -90’s, but his passion of mixing music and messing with sounds started much earlier.Listening to radio dj-shows in the late 80’s got him wondering how the dj made the “seamless†mixings between different tracks.After studying magazines and catalogues and by having skills for electronics he decided to build himself an own dj-mixer. After this the passion for mixing just got bigger. Building up his dj-equipment and starting mobile-dj’ing was a natural development.In the mid 90’s, he started to arrange different local techno partys and raves in collaboration with likeminded people and dj’s. The mission was to spread the “new†music and the nice side effect was that he and his dj-friends got a lot of opportunitys to play.
He also got inspirated to make music by spending time in his friends studios and watching theme turn the knobs of 303’s , 909’s , samplers and other cool equipment. Later on this lead to building up an own homestudio.His main direction has been hard, monotone techno, but later on his music orientation has become wider and nowdays it includes both d’n’b and psy-trance. ..
