About Me

The tracks you are listening are all produced, arranged and mixed by me at Musicology Recording Studio, Test Pressing Recording Studio and Bustin' Loose Recording Studio, Naples. Mastered in other studios. Some of them are encoded directly from the vinyl, 'cause I lost some masters (..damn!!). Feel free to add a comment about them!! If you would like to have any kind of musical collaboration, please contact me.
________________________ABOUT ME.. ________________________Born in Naples, Italy, 02/13/1978. I was drawn to music at the age of 7. My dad, moved by my desire to learn, bought my first electronic keyboard, a Casio with a Ram card and some lights for playing melodies. I learned that melodies in about 2 or 3 days, so my dad (and my friends) experienced and believed in my talent! 3 years later I practiced myself with other keyboards (Yamaha PSR 37 and Gem WS 2), but first I passed the exams for middle school. I was 11 when my dad placed me in a music school a little distant from the place where I used to live.. but thanks to my dad I stayed there for 7 years, learning first electronic organ then the piano. During these years, I discovered a brand new world, made of feelings, high school, love, sex, drugs, clubs, cinema and all the rest.. So I decided to stop studying classic piano and fell in love with the world of electronic music, deejaying inclusive. At the age of 17 I started to produce dance music with some friends, and after trying day by day to achieve an influenced but personal sound, we had a good chance to see our name, Self-made Guys, on a real vinyl record.. Bustin' Loose (International Record Label) it gave us the opportunity to produce 3 records for them, and some remixes for artists such as Karen Ramirez, Barry White and Morada, supported by some d.j.'s and radios. In the following years, I decided to stop collaboration with Self-made Guys, and begin a new one with my friend Tony Matt. We produced 3 tracks together, with the alias of “Body Talk”, and reached a discrete buzz especially in U.K., with the track “Controversy” ( a cover of the amazing Prince). The track was released all over the world with Epic Sony Music, d.j.'s such as Pete Tong and Philippe Cohen from Gotam Project supported us playing the track over their d.j. sets. With Body Talk we also produced a few of remixes for some artists (Terence Trent D'Arby, Twin Style and others), and remixed “Controversy” in a brand new track in 2005 supported by a lot of radios here in Italy. During these years I was spinning in my country as a D.j., and played keyboards live with some local rock bands, Nativa is the one with whom I'm playing and recording nowadays a very good Pop-Rock album . In 2005 I started my first own recording studio in Naples, Musicology Studio. Here I produced (and still produce) some tracks for artists such as The House Keepers and Daddy's Groove. With The House Keepers' track “Feel Da Feeling” we collaborated with singer Steve Edwards (listened on Bob Sinclar's “World Hold On” and other worldwide hits), and reached a good support by medias. Nowadays my work continues here with these artists, trying day by day to achieve more and better results.. I hope you'll enjoy my stuff here and stay tuned!
