About Me

This section is about me? Okay! My name is Kimberly Layne Nelson. Im 21 and I live on the bottom bunk in clear water dorm in Glide, Oregon. I do my best to please others most of the time. Helping someone else is one thing that never fails to make me feel happy and useful. I dont like doing things just for me. I try to be happy most of the time, but sometimes I do fall behind a bit and get in a rut. I am a very open and trusting person. Yes it does bite me in the butt! But I figure that its not me to shut everyone out, and everyone needs to be given a little faith and respect even if they dont think so. I like to listen to people. Im very affectionate when its with the right person, and I love to do things that make others lives easier. I need to get in shape. Im perky most of the time, but you may catch me in a blah stage every now and then. I never knew compassion existed. It never really crossed my mind I guess. I come off as naive and perky because I want to. Those who at least know me a little know I do have a brain and when Im not killing it with drugs and I am actually somewhat smart. I admit I am a little odd. I don't try to be but I just never had the social interaction I needed to truly conform to a public setting. Depending on my mood I can either be deathly shy or able to surprisingly maintain a leadership role (I try not to but shit happens). I love to learn and I love to be around people. Because of the issues I constantly ignore it almost hurts to be alone, but it hurts even more to have people close and Ipush them away..:(. I want to feel safe but for some reason I always put myself in unsafe situations. I believe because of my ...unique... nature I would make a good counselor or psychologist. I am able to feel empathy for almost anyone and able to connect to them as well. One of my major flaws is my anxiety towards others. Im not used to anyone paying attention to me and when they do I basically go ballistic with energy and hyper ness. I try not to but then it generally turns into an anxiety attack... I am currently an automotive student and its going great.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Movies:

i love scarey movies, comedies, and movies that have a twist i never expected. i love to feel intriuged by a movie and want to watch it till i understand the message that i feel is trying to be expressed. my favorite movie is american beauty and fight club and interview with the vampire still, they caught my eye and i like them....but i love movies that make me feel better about life of give me something to ponder till it eats a hole through my thought process and falls out the back end.

Television:

i dont watch alot of TV beyond the simpsons and adult swim and morning childrens cartoons, but i can say adult swim rules! i'm getting a big kick out of robot chicken. its so cute! i also love inu yasha and whatever else anime they will play to melt my brain...

Books:

my overall favorite series is the Dark Tower series....i cant get enough of the story stephen king revealed through many years and many different books...i also loved the talismen series...but i also have a weak heart for the harry potter series and dean koontz....feel free to give me book suggestions i do love them so...my favorite single book would have to be time city....but that was a book i refuse to read ever again because when i was a child my mind made the book so beautiful and i refuse to accept the ending because it was not extravagent enough for my liking.....................

Heroes:

My hero is the people who have actually done what they wanted in life. Fighting for what they know is right and true and managing to live through hardship and loss knowing that everything done in life is experience and an opening to see things in a different life.
