My photography is something I do for fun in my free time. I am not a professional photographer and I have never taken any photography classes or read any books on the topic. What little I do know I learned from just picking up a camera and taking pictures by myself.
I do a lot of club photography at various places in the DC and Baltimore area. Pictures of venues I have photographed in the past can be seen in the Photos section of my web site under the Events & Clubs gallery. I generally go out to places I am familiar with and enjoy being at so I don't really accept requests to take pictures at other peoples parties unless I know them and have an interest in what will be going on there.
I work with models on occasion to experiment with various photographic techniques and help them build their portfolios. My time is rather limited so I currently only work with people I know or those who can offer something of interest to my portfolio. If you have some unique idea you would like to try, feel free to let me know what you have in mind to see if I might be interested in shooting with you.
Since my photography is something I do for fun I don't charge anything for taking pictures. This is mainly because if I accept money then it feels like work that I have obligations to and it takes the fun out of the whole process. I will ignore messages from people asking for my rates since it usually means they didn't read my info here.
I don't shoot weddings. No exceptions.
