About Me

Lauryn Snapp has been singing since she was old enough to hum. She had her debut at age 2 while using the restroom at the dentist office, singing "itsy bitsy spider" so loud that people in the waiting room could hear her. Throughout elementary school and middle school, however, Lauryn was very shy. Only her family and close friends even knew she sang. It wasnt until her 5th grade Christmas concert that Lauryn found the courage to sing in front of an audience. And that was the fire starter- from then on, she was hooked. Since then, Lauryn has taken on the ever changing journey as an artist. She not only performs familiar covers but also writes original music for herself and others. Her bluesy-jazz style vocals are mixed with warm tones creating her unique, sensual sound that she incorporates into the influences of the country music that she grew up with. Lauryn competes in local and national contests and has auditioned for Nashville Star. She has shared the stage with names such as, Carolyn Dawn Johnson and the Drifters. Lauryn's natural stage presence and wide range of vocals make her a force to be wreckoned with. Currently, Lauryn is living in Nashville, TN.
