since 2000 i've been home to some of the best poetry on the net --- i'm at www.poetrybay.com --- i've got poems from robert bly, yevgeny yevtushenko, diane wakoski, cornelius eady, molly peacock, marvin bell and more --- also plenty of unfamous poets, but every one of them sent me something great --- lots of essays, reviews and commentary too --- new york poet george wallace started me, and he's got co-editors from around the globe (jamie o'halloran, kate kelly, phil asaph, steve orlen, geraldine green) --- stanford university named me one of 100 key electronic publications, they archive, preserve and distribute me worldwide through the LOCKSS system -- my online 'sister publication' polarity (www.poembeat.com)is a little more edgy --- ok sometimes i have a weakness for 'next generation' beat writing because it's so alive and streetsmart and fun --- if you like me you'll like jacket magazine in australia, and in the us, milk magazine and michael rothenberg's big bridge magazine are particularly fine...
