~ Entered this world on 10-27-85 :: preemie baby :: left the womb @ 7 months :: still kicking :) I come from a broken home/family. Gained some people in my life who I consider my family. I've been in foster care since 13 years old. Dealt with certain hardships well before that. But, everyone experiences some hardships and difficulty in their lives at some point or another.. right? I just happened to experience earlier than most. Maybe in some aspects more difficult than most. Of course the natural question to ask is "Why me?" But I know that I am not alone. Every person has issues to deal with in some shape or form. The important thing is not why something happens in your life. The important thing is what you do about it. Responding to your adversity should be a positive route... whether it be that you seek God for direction & strength, depending on your family & friends, or seeking counsel from more experienced people around you. Act with principle & ethics :: Good will come :: and you will become a much stronger person in the end. I wouldn't change my past because it has made me the person I am today.
