The cooking classes and demonstrations are aimed at teaching the student how to prepare quick, easy, nutritional vegan meals, without the harmful additives, trans fats, and sugars. I will share effective and simple exercise tips, which will help them maintain a healthier body and lifestyle. My name is Shirley. I am 54 years old, and 27 years ago I lost over 70 pounds. Let me show you. Classes are held once each month, on a Saturday, 12:00 noon - 2:30 p.m. The cost is $25.00 per person, $15.00 for classes specifically aimed at children ages 3 – 13. The cost includes a full course meal. Each student must register at least one week prior to the class date. Full nonrefundable payment is due the day of registration and for the specified class.
