I've recently changed employers, and I'm quickly adjusting to the 7-on/7-off work schedule that the Fractional industry provides. I'm going to have to completely overhaul my workout routine in an effort to maintain some level of fitness. As far as my hobbies and interests are concerned, I like to work out every day, but I also like to relax. It's really not necessary, in my opinion, to be busy 24 hours a day. I guess that sometimes it's ok to just hang out and take it easy.
