Drea Dela Cruz was born on July 23, 1992 at Toronto, Ontario. Her father is of Trinidadian and Philippino descent and her mother is Philippina and Dominicana (Republic). She has got one older brother Allan D., one sister Alexandra D. Not to forget, her two other step sisters Lyndonna W, and Lyndell W. Drea started performing when she was a child. She was known to light up the stage with her dancing, singing, rapping, and not to mention modelling. At this point, she was already known as CHARMZZ. Although she was born in Toronto, she was raised in Etobicoke most of her life. In her hometown area Drea sang the national anthem at a variety of events. She was a member of the school choir and Church choir for numerous years. When she was 7 years old, Drea appeared on a town wide talent show, and returned achieving nothing. After a few years, Drea was in the struggle to maintain her talent, but yet stay out of stressful relationships in school and at home. Later to her excitement she got a rewarded for her appearence at a 1999 concert. Drea Dela Cruz is one of the most hard working, talented person you'll know. Drea has already started to work on songs and also wants to endure an acting career in near future. And until now, she has maintained an on going path to stardom.
