Originally from Newell, South Dakota - a small town about 25 miles north of Sturgis. Lived there most of my life, except for a 2 year stint that my parents moved around.
Graduated HS in 1994, went to MTI a year later and received my AAS Degree in Culinary Arts in 1997.
My first day at Tech was also my first day of work at Country Kitchen (Aug 21, 1995) - yea, I worked there for almost 12 years. Never woulda thought I'd be in the same place for such a long time.
In July 2007, I decided that I had enough of the restaurant business and started to work for Pepsi-Cola.
Own my own house - drive a 1997 Dodge Dakota Sport with all the fixin's - no kids - just a Beagle named Snoopy.
My most prized possesion is my Dakota - I've had it for about 6 years. Sometime soon, I hope to get some photos of it to put up on MySpace. Yes - I do have RHINO on my license plates. Some people think it's kinda weird, but when you've had a nickname for 17+ years - you get to be proud of it.
