My Name is Jay Brown Im originally from Harlem New York City Im into to Music Production started making beats in 1988.My dad played the guitar I watched him play and over the years I listened to all types of music growing up as a kid My sisters use to sing around the house and they had a collection of old records. It all started out way back in the days before rap really took off I use to rap at all the block parties and things of that nature had a offer to go to defjam from Fab5 Freddy but never took him up on the offer then My best friend Derek (D-Smooth) Wade gave me a tip on how we could get into music a few years later. I was into Djing at first brought a DS8 sampler and it was on from then My mama brought me my first keyboard and from that point me and D-Smooth use to be in the house making beats and hooks Got caught up in a few mishaps of Urban Society.
