"This album has always given me a feeling of solitude for some reason and is a great piece of music to reflect on life with."
- Review by James Unger (*****) Progarchives
"Die Melodien fliessen wunderschön daher und nehmen den romantisch veranlagten Hörer gefangen. Selten hat mich ein hauptsächlich akustisches Album in seiner genialen Schlichtheit dermaßen beeindruckt. Die Platte muss man eigentlich als Ganzes auf sich wirken lassen, gleichsam als ein edles Juwel aus der Schatzkiste der unentdeckten Progalben."

"This is a great masterpiece"
- Japanese site on Ragnarök: http://www.pial.jp
"Together with the albums by Bo Hansson this is one of the more sensitive releases from Sweden. A master piece originally released in 1976."

Ragnarök performed for the first time in Kalmar, Sweden 1972.
It took a few years to become professionals and record the first album and that happened in 1976, it was done by Anders Lind at Silence Records.
Soon after a television documentary and a tour in 1977, the band was on its way and some more albums followed with several personnel changes .
Fjarilar i Magen - 1979
Fata Morgana - 1981
3 Signs - 1983
After the release of 3 Signs Ragnarök disbanded, and no more albums were recorded during the 80's. Briefly, in 1991 Thomas Wigert and Kjell Karlgen gave Ragnarok some air to breath with the release of an album called "Well", then for many years, silence.
On a wonderful summer evening Ragnarök made one open air concert, in August 2003.
Since then Ragnarök are playing approximately twice a year.
2008 marks the return of the band, with most of its original members and also those who participated in later albums.
The music is for you the pleasure is ours.
