About Me

I am not very good at typing things about myself but I will try anyhow. Ok here goes. I am a divorced mother of 2 very energetic boys. I also now have a 17 yr old girl living with me whom I love as if she were my own. These kids are my life!!! I am a fire fighter/first responder in the small community where I live and like helping people. I am licensed as an EMT in MO and in AR, and am currently looking for work. I am trying to get my life back on track and I would like to meet new people, make new friends, or find old friends and aquaintances. Have made some wonderful friends over the years and am thankful for them everyday but you can never have too many friends!!!!!!! If I have left out something you would like to know please feel free to send me a message. I will answer the best I can.

My Interests

I am interested in many different things but the main ones are anything that my kids like to do for fun such as riding 4-wheelers or going to the races.

I'd like to meet:

I think if I could pick anybody I wanted to meet it would have to be the good Lord who put us on this Earth.

Music:

I listen to most any style of music depending on what mood I am in.

Movies:

I don't watch many movies or TV so don't have any favorites to list.

Television:

I think my favorite tv is the History Channel with shows like Ice Road Truckers, Dirty Jobs or How It's Made. I also like shows like Law & Order or ER. I am into the comedies also though so I watch a variety of different shows.

Books:

I love to read and mostly I go for the historical romances. I like reading in them about events from history.

Heroes:

I think my most important hero would have to be my mother who is my rock and whom without I don't know where I would be today. Also on this list is my grandmother who died when I was 10 and even though she was so sick she couldn't get out of bed still took time for us. Next would be my other grandmother who has taught me that we have to take care of ourselves and not rely on someone else to do it. There are also several others but it would take forever to list them all. I will add that the men and women of the military, police, and fire departments are very high on my list because I have been involved and know what they give for us everyday!
