"Put the Wet Stuff on the Red Stuff"
Wow it’s been a long time since I’ve updated this profile. I have to admit if I knew what I was doing it would be a lot easier to keep up with.
OK…so if you have checked out my pictures by now you've figured out that I'm a Firefighter, Dad, Husband and a fisherman. I've been fighting fires for 28 years and it's an awesome job.
I have the best of both worlds with fishing and firefighting, and what's really cool about having two jobs is getting to drive code 3 in a fire rig and drive my 22 foot NITRO bass boat across the open water. Now that's cool!
My wife Bobbie has been by my side and held down the forte for over 22 years, she’s taken care of bills, car problems, home work and yard work while have been away on campaign fires. She equally supports me with the same strength and determination while I’m away and traveling the country competing in fishing tournaments. Even though last year I had to leave the Bassmasters Elite tour, I’m hoping to get back into some day.
My son Greg JR. has made some big steps in life and has followed my career path as a fire fighter. Greg has fished, hunted and hung out at fire stations ever since he was a pup. He is a son a dad can be proud of I know I certainly am proud of him.
When you see lights and sirens…think about those men and women who are out there saving lives and cheating death.
