When coffee is shipped to U.S. shores, it is mandatory for it to be sprayed with pesticides before   distributing it in United States.  Beware of big coffee companies who dump their bags of greens into bulk roasters and bake the greens until they're brown.  Baking in bulk roasters produces strong tars by quite literally baking the chemical pesticides, fumigants, filth, dust, and dirt right onto the coffee beans.  However, we never do this!  That is what makes ORION Coffee truly special, because after it is hand picked it is sent to our facilities where it is sifted, cleaned, roasted and finally shipped straight to your door via Fed-Ex-Air within 72 hours.
It is important to note that Orion Coffee is entirely made up of hand picked lots of very high specification Coffee destined for the European Market.  The regions that the coffee comes from are vast old coffee growing regions that produce a huge array of quality coffees ranging from medium quality to some of the most excellent in the world.We have handpicked the plantations individually for their excellence and care in producing higher quality grains for the export market.
