divankato was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. He launched his music career at the age of sixteen.
He signed his first record deal in the year 2000, under the pseudonym Isak. He released "Quiet Confessions" (2001) Sonymusic/ Epic, "Honesty Files" (2003) Diesel Music.
Hes currently pursuing his musical whims and ambitions, what will come out of it? nobody really knows. But he's ready to provoke emotional response, in anyone whose willing to be touched in a emotional way by his music and lyrics.
