We are a what's on magazine to help the internationals and university students in Brighton and Hove city find their way about. We are always looking to help promote bands to help build up their fan base and expand on the possibilities of boosting their awareness.We hate the fact that popular music is in our faces all the time and love the fact there is so much raw musical talent around that goes unspotted because of celebrity wannabee shite like X-Factor and Popstars.The UK is proud to have exported great music like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Stone Roses, Pink Floyd, even Oasis for their day.
It makes us sick that our international guests come here expecting to hear this great music and all they are fed is pop trash.We're only a mere what's on magazine based in Brighton. But we at least try and make a difference. We supply our international guests with a REAL taste of our country's great music. The music you can hear are local bands that we have featured in our magazine and help support them by playing their music on OURspace!
