Bishop went on to develop his spiritual experience by taking on biblical training at the Charles Harrison Bible Institute in Newark, New Jewsey under the leadership of the late Elder Bazemore. He later attended and received a Bachelor's Degree in theology from The United Theological Seminary in New York. He continued and completed his theological studies by receiving his Doctorate of Philosophy in counseling from Progressive Universal Life Theological Seminary, in Sacramento,Ca. Bishop Parson also site on the Executive Board of the United States Chaplin International Worldwide,he's also a Director of North Jersey United Chaplain International of New Jersey, Bishop Parson made a total surrender of his life to Christ at an early age. He served at the Macedonia COGIC in Paterson,NJ under Elder &Mother Logan. For five years he pastored at the Hope of Deliverance Holiness Church,he then become youth leader and Assistant pastor of Paterson Evangelistic Center and Holy House of Prayer in Enterprise, Alabama And a church in New Haven, CT were Elder Alonztrae V. Yancey is the Pastor,the Church name is Anchor Of Hope Prophetic & Deliverance Fellowship Assemblies Inc. Bishop was also State and National Adjutant for Churches of God In Christ in Alabama and New Jersey. In 1991, through one of his many visions, Victor in Jesus OutReaching Ministries was born. Out of that birthing began Praise Healing Deliverance Temple which was established in 1998 with only one objective in mind, "To Reach Soul for Christ door to door". Bishop Parsons helps to feed the homless children, and families. He is a foster parent, and helps battered women, as well as counseling families who have members released from being incarcerated. Bishop Parsons also spiritually counsels families that have lost loved ones. He is also a member of The Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishop undoner His Grace Bishop J.
