Dear God,Ive always been a good girl. Maybe you can give me a sign. Let me know whats happening to me. One day my daddy come say, you gon do what you momma wouldnt. Now I got 2 children by my daddy. a baby boy called adam he took while i was sleeping and a baby girl i call Olivia, that he took right out my arms. Then my momma die, cussing and screaming cuz her heart been broke.Dear God,He act like he cant stand me no more. I dont think he killed my little baby boy. I heard he sold it to a preacher and his wife. I keep hoping he find someone to marry. I see him looking at my lil sister. She scared. But i say "ill take care of you, with God help."Dear God,He come home wit a girl from round a town called Gray. she be almost my age, but they getting married now. My lil sister nettie got a man always lookin at her. His wife dead she was killed by her boyfriend coming home from church. He got 3 children though. He seen nettie in church and every sunday, here come mister!Dear God,I seen my baby girl. I know it was her. She look just like me and my daddy. Like more us than us is ourself. My little girl looks like she frettin over something. My litte girl got my eyes just like they is today. Like everything i seen, she seen! I think she mine, my heart says she mine, but I dont know if she mine. If she mine, her name Olivia. I stitch her name on all the seam of her diaper.
